Hi Guys,I am so excited. Today I made my first sale. Yesterday things were a little complicated with a glitch in the builder. After a few phone calls back and forth with Tech help and Authorize.net we sorted everything out. Finally I called the customer back and he placed the order. I also e-mailed him this morning when I received his order and after I placed the order with River City.
Ben just called from my team one A. You guys really are the A-Team. All of you have helped me so much. Ben is absolutely the greatest. He is patient, kind and so understanding when I don't understand things right away.
Lee from Tech Help was also wonderful. There was a problem with the pricing on one of my products, and Lee was very helpful, and also patient and kind. We old people find computers very confusing so it helps so much when you young folks explain things to us.
